Description

Tallow Lip Balm
Our tallow lip balm is a simple yet effective formulation which soothes lips and
seals in moisture, leaving lips soft and hydrated.
The castor oil provides anti-inflammatory properties, while the tallow improves
barrier integrity and reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL).
Beeswax is used because it creates a breathable, protective layer on the skin that
prevents TEWL while protecting against environmental irritants and soothing
the skin.
Our tallow lip balm is scented with either vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia) or
peppermint (Mentha Piperita) which leaves a pleasant but not everwhelming
frangrance.
